Every volunteer joins through your invite link or QR code, then an admin approves the right teams and roles. The directory keeps serving history in one place, so a forwarded link does not put the wrong person on a team.

How does rota management work day-to-day?

Leaders create a service, add the roles needed, and assign people. Volunteers get a notification and tap Accept or Decline. A decline becomes a visible gap leaders can fill before Sunday instead of a message buried in chat.

You can plan the running order and give setup, media, welcome, kids, and follow-up tasks a named owner and reminder. Leaders can see what is assigned and confirmed without depending on a printed run sheet or memory.
